Tim Tebow

Many of my friends know that i have one person i have been a fan of since his 1st college football game. I love this man's conviction, heart, desire to win, beliefs, openess and of course his amazing college career. That man is none other than Tim Tebow. A few weeks ago i caught wind that Tim Tebow was going to be making an appearance for Jockey (who he is now a spokesman for) up in Wisconsin. As soon as i heard about this appearance i made a call to the store to see if it was open to the public because when will i ever get to see Tim Tebow in the midwest again? The woman at the store informed me that his appearance was not only open to the public but it was a meet-and-greet. She immediately informed me that no autographs would be allowed but that taking your picture with the QB was highly encouraged. I made plans immediately to be at this appearance.

I was a nervous wreck ALL day. I have been a huge Gators fan since i was young and i have watched and rooted for Tebow since Leak was QBing the team. I thought up of things to say to my favorite athlete but in the end i settled for simply greeting him and informing him that he was my favorite athlete on and off the field. Oh, did i mention i'm 99% sure i called him Timmy. I don't quite remember because it was all such a blur and i was so nervous. I was seriously so lucky to meet him. There were close to a thousand people there and i was one of the 1st 100 so i was guaranteed to meet him. After getting my picture with Tebow i waited around as they raffled off some Tebow prizes and wouldn't you know.....i won an autographed copy of his new book "Through My Eyes".

I know this sounds so ridiculous but you guys have no idea how big of a fan i am of Tebow and that day was probably one of the best days of my life. I'm almost done with Tebow's book and as you can expect, i love it. Love every page. Every scripture verse. Every picture. And every inside story i would have never known.
